The 22nd Annual Unforgettable Gala took place on Dec. 14. The nation’s largest and longest-running awards show celebrating Asians and Pacific Islanders (API) in entertainment, arts, and culture was co-hosted by Stephanie Hsu, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, and comedian JR De Guzman.
The evening featured an amazing lineup of performances, including K-pop solo artist WONHO, 80s legends THE JETS, and iconic 90s boyband 98 DEGREES. The event also honored distinguished individuals for their contributions to the API community, such as the cast of Netflix’s Avatar: The Last Airbender.
Established in 2002 by Character Media, the Unforgettable Gala has grown into a premier event honoring API achievements in the entertainment industry. This year, the Gala’s theme emphasized unity and collaboration within the API community, bringing artists and legends for unmatched performances.
The Unforgettable Gala will air nationwide on Wednesday, Dec. 18, on ChimeTV powered by GoldenTV and will be available for streaming on GoldenTV starting Dec. 20.
