Once known as Brave Girls; Minyoung, Youjoung, Eunjia, and Yuna have rebranded themselves under the name BBGIRLS on May 2nd. As newly BBGIRLS, the group has released their first single album ‘One More Time’. The single album consists of 2 songs “One More Time” and “Lemonade” on Aug 3rd.
Despite the rebranding of their group name, the four-member girl group still has the familiar sound of dance-pop as they did in ‘Brave Girls’ tracks. However, these sounds are reimagined to include each member as their own individual style of maturity linked with the unbreakable bond of friendship.

‘One More Time’
The single ‘One More Time’ is sure to be a dance-the-night-away anthem while at the club, alone in your room, or on a night drive. The track features similar beats to what popular club hits sounded like in the 90s like Ace of Base – ‘Beautiful Life’ and more. From this MV, BBGIRLS showcased a more mature theme intertwined with darker visuals, which is a bit different than the poppy and bright visuals of older MVs by Brave Girls.
‘Lemonade’ the second track off the single album contains a fresh upbeat R&B-eques sound. This track alone is proof that BBGIRLS remain the ‘Summer Queens’ of K-Pop. We here at POP TOKKI are very excited to see what else BBGIRLS has in store!
