“Dive Into You”
Starting off with “Dive Into You” the third track from their ‘Hot Sauce – The 1st Album’. The song is a stark contrast to the bustling beats of the album’s title track, “Hot Sauce,” existing as its laid-back counterpart. The song is backed with heavy beats and dreamy deep sea lyrics. The pre-chorus of this track bleeds into a fusion of guitar, bass, and booming beat pads.
“Quiet Down”
Known as one of the group’s grittier tracks, “Quiet Down” is a track off of the ‘Reload EP.’ The provocative lyrics create a perfect synergy combined with the futuristic distortion of the song’s rhythm and density. This song is a perfect addition to any angsty summer playlist!
“Diggity”
“Diggity” is the second track off of the group’s ‘Hot Sauce – The 1st Album.’ Accompanied by a playful yet charismatic music video, buzzing with acting segments and clean choreography, this track is sure to give listeners an earworm with its incredibly catchy chorus.
“119”
The track “119” off of ‘We Boom – The 3rd Mini Album’, paints a lyrical picture of an enticing and tumultuous romance. NCT Dream has mastered the art of mixing abrasive, hard-hitting beats and feathery vocals. The pre-chorus of this track is a perfect example. “119” has proven to be a fan favorite.
“1, 2, 3”
Lastly, “1,2,3” which is off of the group’s 2018, ‘We Go Up EP’. The track is layered with harmonies and sharp drum beats. Followed by lyrics directed towards the “dazzling” listener, this song is sure to make you feel like the main character of a teen summer movie. This particular extended play gifted fans numerous “bright” B-sides that pair perfectly with the group’s colorful concept.
