As they wrapped up the American leg of their Sweet Mirage tour, K-pop quintet, Tomorrow x Together (also known as ‘TXT’), left their mark at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles. Their sold-out shows of 22,000 on May 27th and 28th left lasting impressions on fans.
Numerous personalities and influencers attended the Sweet Mirage tour posting their festivities to social media. This gained a lot of attention and excitement from TXT fans to see a variety of attendees.
However, one person in particular caught fans’ attention. Ryan Tedder, frontman of OneRepublic, posted himself to his Instagram story jamming out at the concert. His attendance and posts generated speculation of a possible collab.
TEASERS:
Two weeks after TXT wrapped up their tour, they were already feeding fans spoilers by the spoonful. A photo of their trip to New York tweeted by TXT was later retweeted by Tedder, sparking more collab conversations.
Soon after, TXT released teasers of working on a song with Tedder, thus, confirming the collaboration. The “Counting Stars” singer has a notable reputation as he has written for artists such as Beyonce, Adele, and more. Hence, why fans are amped to hear what he produced with Tomorrow X Together.
However, the festivities didn’t end there. TXT posted an image replicating the cover of the Jonas Brothers’ ‘Happiness Begins’ album. Fans quickly deduced that a collaboration was in the works as the caption was also derived from the opening lyric of their hit song, “Sucker”.
Liked and retweeted by the Jonas Brothers, the tweet sent fans of both groups into a frenzy. Soon after, it was confirmed that Tedder brought TXT and the Jonas Brothers together for this collaboration.
Fans were extremely happy to hear that TXT would be releasing a track with artists who have been in the game for so long and who inspired them throughout their musical careers.

The anticipation has already reflected in Billboard’s ‘Hot Trending Songs’, with “Do It Like That” sitting at number 13, merely a week before its release. We are very excited to hear this collaboration and can’t wait to hear the ‘song of the summer’ from Tomorrow X Together and the Jonas Brothers!
