Tomorrow X Together’s eldest member, Yeonjun is notorious for many different titles. Fashion Icon, Trendsetter, It Boy, and the list goes on. Yeonjun is a fierce idol who is a force to reckon with. However, there’s more to Yeonjun than just your fiery ambitious idol. As he’s continued to make his social media presence known, we took note of the influence he’s had on the world around him. Starting off strong, we have the infamous @Yawnzzn Instagram account. With over 16 Million followers, Yeonjun has surpassed his own group’s Instagram following, which currently resides at 15 Million followers. With his various “boyfriend material” photos, professional images, and fashion lookbooks, Yeonjun makes Instagram his play place. His account is the perfect place to discover elements for a new outfit or to direct you to the most versatile poses for a photoshoot. No matter what he may be wearing or doing, Yeonjun showcases his style and individuality with effortless charm.
Fashion
Speaking of effortless charm, Yeonjun may be one of the biggest fashion icons for 4th gen idols. With partnerships with high fashion brands like Celine, Dior, Fendi, Burberry, and more, Yeonjun knows how to piece an outfit together and he sure knows how to put it on. He always finds a way to construct the most divergent pieces of clothing to create an absolute head-turner. Other members of TXT have admitted to feeling “dressed up” when Yeonjun chooses their outfits. Yeonjun is unapologetic and continues to push boundaries as he makes his fashion choices. Whether it’s a long skirt, a handbag, or the chunkiest boots you can find, he is going to make a statement and look good while doing it.
TikTok
Yeonjun contributed in the peak of TXT TikTok. Bringing in Millions of views and likes, Yeonjun participated in various TikTok dance trends, the most popular videos racking up over 208 Million views. One of his most notable TikToks is his participation in a dance challenge to “Own Brand Freestyle ” by FelixThe1st & Dreya Mac. The song is mostly associated with lyrics “like, I ain’t ever been with a baddie,” followed by a fun dance challenge. Yeonjun’s video alone reached 11.9 Million likes and over 80 Million views.
Yeonjun continued to go viral while participating in dance challenges to songs such as “Nasty Freestyle” by T-Wayne, “Go Girl” by Pitbull, and “Neon Guts” by Lil Uzi Vert. Seeing an idol participate in the same challenges we do every day with no filter and pure sincerity is what made it so admirable.
Studio Choom
Studio Choom is a company known for their high-quality dance videos. They began a project in October 2020 that highlighted their chosen “Artist of the Month.” The selected idol then showcased their dance skills to a song of choice, followed by a chosen concept.
Yeonjun was chosen in July 2021 as he covered a mashup of “Watermelon Sugar” by Harry Styles and “Blow” by Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars, and Chris Stapleton. As he transitioned between smooth choreographies for each song, he was shown viewing his own fashion magazine. If that doesn’t scream “Idol by day, fashion model by night,” I don’t know what else does. Yeonjun proved that he was chosen for a reason and did not disappoint.
BigHit’s Legendary Trainee
Those who are familiar with Yeonjun’s history as a trainee and idol may know about his title of “BigHit’s Legendary Trainee” (BLT). Yeonjun earned the title of BLT after ranking number 1 in all of his monthly evaluations. Dancing, rapping, and singing were part of the evaluations and Yeonjun excelled in all of them. Not only did he make a name for himself pre-debut, but he proved that hard work pays off. He was later the first member to be announced for the TXT lineup in 2019.
Yeonjun continues to remain humble while also taking pride in the results of his diligence. He excels in anything he sets his mind to and his healing nature deems him unforgettable. As he continues to try new things and push himself, we cannot wait to see what else he has in store for us!
