From September 20 to 22, ZEROBASEONE kicked off their first world tour, 2024 ZEROBASEONE THE FIRST TOUR [TIMELESS WORLD], with a spectacular performance at KSPO Dome, Seoul.
The group met over 30,000 ZEROSE (ZEROBASEONE’s fandom) in the three-day concert. The show was also streamed online and at 19 CGV cinemas across Korea to share this significant movement with ZEROES, who could not attend the concert in person. Before the show began, many ZEROSE took pictures with the photo booth and support trucks near the venue. VIP audiences could participate in the soundcheck event, held one and a half hours before the show began. The members sang three songs and chatted with fans as they walked around different stage corners, telling them to stay tuned for the show.
Welcome to the “Timeless World”
The 170-minute concert captured the memories and growth of ZEROBASEONE Boys Planet. The show started at 5 PM with a countdown on the LED screen, inviting ZEROSE to the “timeless world.” As the countdown ended, ZEROBASEONE appeared in glamorous black and white suits and walked on a suspended bridge towards the extended stage as “Solar Power” played. The members then performed four upbeat songs including “Road Movie”, “Take My Hand”, “New Kidz On The Block”, and “Kill The Romeo”, hyping up the atmosphere of the show.

After the powerful opening performance, the members greeted ZEROSE individually with the phrase they used when they first debuted. For example, Sung Hanbin as “Charisma Leader”, Seok Matthew as “Canada Oppa”, and Park Gunwook as “Captain Maverick”. The members also welcomed ZEROSE from different countries to the English, Chinese, and Japanese concerts. Finally, the team’s maknae Han Yujin asked ZEROSE to have fun together on the final day of the concert. The group gave an electrifying performance of the title track of their second mini album “Crush”, demonstrating their powerful energy.

The first VCR was then being played, which was about Zhang Hao suddenly becoming very small one day, and the other members are trying to find ways to make him return to his normal size. In continuation with the cute storyline, the members performed three songs with lovely concepts: “In Bloom,” “Insomnia,” and “Good Night,” showing the trademark refreshing and boyish image of ZEROBASEONE. As the group’s center, Zhang Hao performed his solo song “Always,” mesmerizing ZEROSE with his undeniable stage presence and captivating aura.
From Boys Planet to ZEROBASEONE
The remaining members were divided into two groups to deliver a surprise performance of Boys Planet concept songs. Ricky, Kim Jiwoong, Seok Matthew, and Park Gunwook performed “Over Me” with a dark and sexy concept, while Kim Taerae, Sung Hanbin, Kim Gyuvin, and Han Yujin showcased their bright and cute side with “Switch”. Finally, all 9 members performed “En Garde”, “Say My Name”, and a remix version of Boys Planet’s signal song “Here I Am” together, bringing back the memories from the audition program one and a half years ago. During the break, Kim Taerae revealed that they enjoyed practicing these special performances, and they can see that ZEROSE likes to see them performing Boys Planet songs.
Following the second VCR that elicited dreamy vibes, ZEROBASEONE returned in all-black outfits and performed “Dear Eclipse” and Boys Planet’s final mission song, “Hot Summer,” driving ZEROSE into a frenzy with their mature and sexy charms. Before the performance, Sung Hanbin suggested ZEROSE to create waves with their light rings, forming a spectacular sea of blue lights. The members then thanked each other for their love and support throughout the past year and finally came together and shouted “영원하자” (let’s stay together forever), showing their tight bonding and friendship. The boys then performed “Sweat”, “Kidz Zone”, “Feel The Pop”, and an extended version “Good So Bad”, the title track of their latest mini album ‘Cinema Paradise’, taking the atmosphere of the show to its highest.

Eternal love between ZEROBASEONE and ZEROSE
While waiting for the encore performance, ZEROSE followed the guide from the slogan they received before the show and sang the fan song “Eternity” together. As the song ended, ZEROBASEONE appeared at the end of the aisle between the first and second floors. The members changed to casual outfits with their Zeroni character plushies. They sang “And I,” “Sunday Ride,” and the Korean version of their Japanese debut song “Yura-Yura” as they walked along the aisle and interacted with ZEROSE closely.

As the members returned to the main stage, each took turns sharing their feelings on the concert and expressing their love and gratitude towards ZEROSE. Sung Hanbin confessed that he is very grateful that ZEROBASEONE is able to perform at the KSPO just one year after their debut. “This is all because of the love and support from all of you (ZEROSE). You all (ZEROSE) are our pride, ” he added.
Kim Jiwoong promised to return the love he received to fans, saying, “My favorite temperature is 23 degrees, and every day with ZEROSE feels like 23 degrees. I will spread warmth to all of you every day in the coming days.” After taking group photos with ZEROSE to capture the wonderful moment in the “timeless world”, the members finally performed an emotional ballad track “HELLO”, bringing the concert to a perfect end.

After concluding their opening shows in Seoul, ZEROBASEONE will travel to seven other cities across Asia for 11 performances from September to December, including Singapore, Bangkok, Manila, Jakarta, Macau, Aichi, and Kanagawa.
